Fake Scare

I was talking to some frens on MSN when my screen started scrolling down by itself...When i tried to scroll back up, it simply moved back down again...Then i tried to go to control panel to try and troubleshoot but when i clicked on 'start' the highlight (whenever you put your cursor over a selection and it highlights it) just kept moving down pass 'internet explorer', pass 'my computer', pass 'search' etc. over and over again in a very rapid fashion. I thot 'die lar...got virus liao'...and started running some tests to try to find out...But everything seemed ok leh...That realli got me puzzled...So i thot it muz have been the recent MSN upgrade i downloaded a few days ago...So i uninstalled all my MSN applications including the one in Windows configuration hoping that it would go away but to no avail. In fact, doing the latter was a real stupid move, cos now my internet explorer disappeared from my computer altogether and i could not access the net at all...Lesson learnt: when they say dun change anything in windows configuration, DUN CHANGE ANYTHING. I checked the mouse...but nope...that wasnt it...and everything else i could think of...and for a good 3 days i cracked my head tryin to figure out what was wrong...Then it dawned on me this morning that maybe it was the keyboard...and whaddya know....IT WAS THE FREAKING KEYBOARD!!! Oh well, at least now the problem's solved and it wasnt some virus or hacker...
